STAINES TOWN FC / KINGSTON

COLLEGE FOOTBALL ACADEMY

The Academy linking Staines Town Football Club and Kingston College was formed in the year 2000 and in the eleven years since its formation has achieved great success in developing talented young footballers and successful teams.

The Academy players receive six hours of outdoor coaching per week, based at the Bushy Park facility, as well as a structured indoor gym session. All of this is provided by out team of ‘A’ and ‘B’ Football Association licensed coaches.

All Academy players undertake a full-time academic course of their choice at Kingston College (please see section on Kingston College).

At present, the Academy organise and run four 11-a-side teams, plus 5-a-side and futsal teams:

All competing teams will have a Manager, Assistant Manager, and Matchday Physio’ in attendance. Players who suffer injury will have access (by appointment) to physiotherapy treatment at Staines Town FC.

Above all, we pride ourselves on a high level of ability and organisation, and expect a professional approach from all players awarded places on the Academy.
